ABOUT DISTRICT COURT
The District Court Complex Udhampur is located in the main town just about a Kilometer away from Srinagar Jammu National Highway, near Revenue Complex Udhampur. Court of District and Sessions Judge has started functioning in 1964. The Court of Additional District and Sessions Judge was created in 2008 and the Court of Sub-Judge CJM has pre-independence existence. By now we have two District and Sessions Courts and five (5) Magisterial Courts located at the District Head Quarter and three Taluka Court located outside the District Head Quarter.
